"Hub inbound" is a checkpoint scan from Express One. Your parcel has arrived at one of the courier's sorting hubs. Hubs are large facilities where parcels from many places are unloaded, scanned and sorted by destination. This is a middle stage of the journey, not the final delivery step.
On its own, this message is normal. It shows the parcel is moving through the network and was just scanned on arrival. It is not an exception or a sign of a problem. Only if the same line stays as the latest update for longer than the previous steps took is it worth a closer look.
The parcel is sorted and loaded for its next leg. Usually that means a departure scan from the hub, then transfer to another hub or to the local depot near your address. After that it goes out for delivery. Updates may not appear at every step, so the tracking history can jump forward.
