Israel Post's courier tried to deliver the parcel, but the recipient was not at the address. The message says a notice was left or a text message was sent, and that the parcel will be moved to a post office branch for collection. The parcel is now with the local delivery service, on its way to that branch rather than back to the sender.
This is an exception, but a common and minor one. It means home delivery did not work out, not that the parcel is lost or damaged. In most cases the next step is the transfer to the post office branch, so the parcel is still moving normally. Collecting it yourself will take a little more effort than a doorstep delivery.
Most often, in about 86% of cases, the next update says the parcel will be transferred to a post office branch. After that, the usual update is that it has arrived at the branch for handover to the recipient. Less often, another delivery attempt is recorded instead.
