What this status means
JCEX has handed your parcel to a forwarding company in the destination country. The parcel has already crossed the border, and this message usually appears after import clearance or after the main leg by air or truck. The forwarder now takes over the local part of the journey and will route the parcel toward your area.
Is my package delayed?
No, this message by itself is normal. It is a routine handover between companies, not an exception. The step can take longer than the previous ones, because the forwarder has to scan and sort the parcel before the next update appears.
What happens next
The next update usually shows that the parcel has reached or is being processed at a local facility. Typical follow-ups are:
- "Import goods received"
- "Processing at Designated Facility"
- A handover to a last-mile carrier or local post office
What you can do
- Wait and keep checking the tracking history. A new scan often appears only after the parcel reaches the next facility.
- If nothing changes for longer than usual, contact JCEX first, or the seller if you bought through a shop or marketplace.
- Have your tracking number and order details ready.
- Check that your delivery address and phone number are correct, since the local carrier will use them.
