Korea Post has passed your parcel to a transport company, usually an airline or freight carrier, so it can leave Korea. The parcel has finished its domestic handling and is now on the international leg. It is no longer at a local post office. It is in the hands of the carrier that moves it toward the destination country.
No. This message by itself is normal and is a regular step for international parcels. It is not an exception or a sign of a problem. Tracking often goes quiet after this step because the parcel is in transit and not being scanned. A quiet period alone does not mean something has gone wrong.
Most often, in about half of cases, the next update is "Arrival at inward office of exchange". That means the parcel has reached the destination country's international mail centre. Other common next steps are "Received by Air carriers" and "Departure from the Airport". Some parcels then show scans written in the destination country's own language, which is normal. After that, the destination postal service takes over for customs and local delivery.
