La Poste has placed your parcel at a post office or a partner parcel shop so you can collect it there. The delivery attempt to your address is over, and the parcel is now physically at the pickup location. It is usually listed because nobody could receive it at the door, or because pickup was the chosen delivery option.
No, this message by itself is normal. It is the last stage before collection, not a problem. The parcel is held at the pickup point, so a delay only starts if it stays uncollected.
Most often, in about three quarters of cases, the next update is "Available at retrieval point". It confirms the parcel is registered and ready for you at the counter. In about one in five cases the next update is "Delivered", which usually means it has been handed over to you or marked as collected.
