What this status means

La Poste has received the shipping information for your Colissimo parcel from the sender, but it does not have the parcel yet. The seller is still preparing it, so it is still at the sender's premises and has not entered the La Poste network.

Is my package delayed?

No. This message by itself is normal. It is the first step, and it only means the label or shipping data has been created. How long the sender takes to hand the parcel over is up to them. If this message stays for longer than you expected, the delay is most likely on the sender's side, not in transport.

What happens next
