TopYou has scanned your parcel as it left the first mile sorting center. This is the first facility where the parcel is collected and sorted after the seller hands it over, usually in the country it is shipped from. The parcel is now on its way out of that facility, still at the very start of its journey.
No. This message by itself is normal and is not an exception. It almost always follows the arrival scan at the same center, so it simply shows the parcel moved on as expected. A delay would only be suspected if the tracking stops updating for longer than usual after this line.
The most common next step, in about half of cases, is an arrival at an airport in the country of origin, where the parcel is prepared for export. In some cases, about a quarter, you will see a postal acceptance scan from China Post, which may appear in Chinese. Occasionally a label-created or warehouse message appears instead, as the tracking history can be updated out of order.
