Your parcel has reached the Aramex office in the destination country. It is no longer travelling between countries. Aramex is now preparing it for the last stage, which is either handing it to a courier for delivery or holding it for you to collect.
Is my package delayed?
On its own, this message is normal and not a sign of a problem. It often appears more than once, because the same line is repeated when the parcel moves between Aramex offices in the destination country. Repeats are not a warning by themselves. If the parcel stays on this message for longer than the previous steps took, it is worth checking.
What happens next
Most often the next update is a repeat of this message, or a notice that an Aramex Delivery Champion has the parcel and is heading to your address (about a third of cases each). Sometimes the parcel is sent on to another Aramex facility first. Less often it goes through customs inspection.

- Wait and keep checking the tracking history for a new message.
- Make sure your phone number and address are correct, as the courier may call before delivery.
- If Aramex asks for identity documents or customs duties, respond promptly so the parcel is not held up.
