Landmark Global tracking parcel

What this status means

Landmark Global has scanned your parcel at one of its international processing centers. This is a sorting site where parcels from many senders are checked, grouped by destination and prepared for the next leg. It usually comes after customs information has been sent or the parcel has crossed the border, so your parcel is in the courier's network and not with the sender.

Is my package delayed?

No. This message by itself is normal and is not an exception. It is a routine handling scan. Only if the parcel stays at this step for noticeably longer than the previous steps took is it worth a closer look.

What happens next

  • Most often, in about two fifths of cases, the next scan is "Shipment has arrived at depot".
  • In about a quarter of cases, the next scan is "Customs cleared".
  • Less often, you will see a departure scan from the depot or the office of exchange.

What you can do

  • Wait and check the tracking history again later. A new scan usually appears as the parcel moves on.
  • If nothing changes for longer than usual, contact the seller first. They hold the shipping record and can ask Landmark Global to investigate.
  • Have your tracking number and order details ready when you get in touch.
  • Be aware that import duties or taxes may apply to international parcels. If any are due, the courier or seller will tell you.
