Посылка отправлена в Канаду 12 сентября 2020 года, оплачена по тарифу ускоренная доставка (авиа). Посылка находилось в пути 76 дней, из них по России от Новосибирска до Москвы 13 дней, конечно ни о какой ускоренной доставке речи нет. При этом по Канаде посылка шла 2 дня! Посылка не отслуживалась в течение 62 дней. На заявление о розыске ответа не получено. Где же посылка отправленная авиа так долго было? Работа почты России оставляет желать лучшего, при этом очень высокие тарифы за доставку и нет никакой информации по отслеживанию.

My package was delivered in an appropriate amount of time, it came from Shenzhen, China to British Columbia, Canada, in 17 days. I ordered it in December 17, 2020, and received it on January 5, 2021. Considering the pandemic and the holidays, it came quite quickly and was in good condition. I was able to track it all the way and I am pleased.
