Shipment Depart From Transit Airport

CNE Express tracking parcel

What this status means

CNE Express has recorded that your parcel took off from a transit airport. This is an intermediate stop on a international flight route, where the parcel was unloaded and then loaded onto another flight. The parcel is in the air or has just landed at its next airport, not in a local delivery van.

Is my package delayed?

This message by itself is normal and is not an exception. It shows the parcel moving forward. A delay is only likely if the tracking then stays unchanged for longer than the previous steps took.

What happens next

Most often, in about three cases out of five, the next update is arrival at the import airport in the destination country. Less often you may see another transit airport arrival, or a customs release straight away. After import, the parcel goes through customs and is handed to a local carrier for final delivery.

What you can do

  • Wait and check the tracking again later. Updates can appear in batches after a flight lands.
  • Make sure the delivery address and phone number on your order are correct.
  • Be ready for possible import duties or taxes if customs ask for them.
  • If the tracking stops updating for longer than usual, contact the seller first, then CNE Express, with your tracking number and order details.
