CNL********16 not delivered in 43 days

Алиэкспресс зачем-то ставит этот сервис вместо обычной почты. Курьеры не приносят посылку, сразу ставят статус "не смогли дозвониться". В прошлый раз было так же, но получилось забрать самовывозом, а эту посылку уже 3 недели не могут доставить, по телефону говорят что можно забирать, на пункте выдачи о ней даже не слышали.
