Посылка пришла в Ростов 11.09. Получить ее удалось лишь23.09 после диалога с менеджером через эл. почту, ибо других вариантов общения в КСЕ нет. Телефон не берется в принципе, чат бот неработоспособен. Рекомендую не обольщаться тем, кто думает, что в постамате будет быстрее получить посылку, а алиэкспрессу - сменить службу.
