Your parcel has been handed over by the delivery driver to a PUDO, short for "pick-up/drop-off" point. This is usually a local shop, locker or service counter that accepts parcels for customers. The parcel is no longer in the courier's vehicle. It is now at that location, waiting for you.
No. This message by itself is normal and marks the end of the courier's delivery run. Easyship files it under delivered, because the parcel has reached its final location. It is not an exception or a sign of a problem.
The parcel stays at the PUDO until you collect it. The point may send you a notification, or the courier or seller may send details on where and how to pick it up. Once you collect it, the tracking may update again to show the handover to you. Some pick-up points keep parcels only for a limited time, so check the collection deadline.
