The message "Αποστολή βρίσκεται σε στάδιο μεταφοράς" is Greek for "The shipment is in the transport stage." Greece Post (ELTA) uses it as a general update. Your parcel has been accepted and is moving between ELTA locations, for example between a sorting centre and another centre or a local delivery office. It has not been delivered yet. Often the line appears next to the name of a sorting centre, which shows where the parcel was last handled.
On its own, this message is normal. It describes routine movement and does not point to a problem. It only becomes a concern if the same line stays unchanged for much longer than the previous steps took, with no new scan.
The parcel usually passes through one or more further sorting or transfer scans. After that it reaches the delivery office for your area and is handed to a courier for delivery. If it is addressed to a pickup point or post office, you may see a message that it is ready for collection instead. Not every handover is scanned, so the history can look uneven.
