"INT RTS: Parcel Error" is an Evri international return-to-sender message. "INT" means international and "RTS" means return to sender. Evri has flagged a problem with the parcel while it was being handled in its international network, and the parcel is being sent back to the sender instead of going on to you.
This is an exception, not a routine step. It usually means the parcel will not be delivered to you. Before this message, the parcel was often waiting on unpaid duties and taxes, or had just reached the international hub. The messages that follow most often give the reason: unpaid VAT and duty, or invalid data such as a problem with the address or customs details.
The next update usually states the reason for the return. Most often it is "INT RTS: VAT and Duty not paid". Otherwise it is "INT RTS: Invalid Data". After that the parcel travels back toward the sender, and the return takes longer than the earlier steps.
