Shipping details received, parcel not yet handed over to EXOHU

What this status means

Express One has received the electronic shipping details for your parcel from the sender, but the parcel itself has not yet been handed over to Express One's network. "EXOHU" refers to Express One Hungary, the courier's operating unit. The parcel is most likely still with the seller or at their warehouse, and no physical scanning by the courier has happened yet.

Is my package delayed?

This message by itself is normal. It is an early step: the label has been created, but the courier does not yet have the parcel. It only becomes a concern if the line stays the same for longer than you would expect given the seller's stated dispatch time, since that suggests the parcel has not been handed over.

What happens next

Once the seller hands the parcel to Express One, or the courier collects it, it is scanned and the tracking history should show a new checkpoint, usually a collection or arrival at a sorting facility. From there it moves through the normal delivery stages.

What you can do

• Wait and keep checking the tracking history; this status changes only when the parcel is physically handed over.
• If nothing changes for longer than the seller's promised dispatch time, contact the seller first. They control when the parcel is handed over.
• Have your tracking number and order details ready when you write to them.
• Contact Express One only if the seller confirms the parcel was handed over but the status still has not moved.
