What this status means

"Enter W/H" means your parcel has been scanned into a warehouse (W/H) operated by GAASH Worldwide or one of its partners. It is a handling step in the middle of the journey: the parcel is inside a facility, not on a vehicle, and is waiting to be sorted or passed on.

Is my package delayed?

On its own, this message is normal. It is a routine scan and does not point to a problem. It only becomes a concern if the parcel stays at this step for noticeably longer than the previous steps and no new scan appears.

What happens next

After the warehouse scan, the parcel is usually sorted and then leaves the warehouse on its way to the next hub, a customs or clearance step, or a local delivery partner. Expect a scan showing it has left the warehouse or moved to another facility. Scans from international shipments can appear in batches, so the history may jump forward by more than one step at a time.

What you can do

  • Wait and keep checking the tracking history for a new scan.
  • If nothing changes for longer than usual, contact GAASH Worldwide or the seller you bought from.
  • Have your tracking number and order details ready when you ask.
  • Check that the delivery address on your order is correct, in case the courier needs to confirm it.
