GFS Xpress

Parcel picked up from Transfer Station

GFS Xpress tracking parcel

What this status means

GFS Xpress has collected your parcel from a transfer station, an intermediate depot where parcels are sorted and regrouped between the collection point and the delivery area. Your parcel has left that depot on a vehicle and is travelling to its next stop. It is in the middle of its journey, not yet at the final delivery stage.

Is my package delayed?

No. This message by itself is normal and is a routine movement scan. It is not an exception or a sign of a problem. A delay would only be a concern if the tracking stays on this line for longer than the previous steps took.

What happens next

The parcel usually goes to another depot or to the local branch that serves your address. There it is scanned in again and sorted onto a delivery route. After that, it is typically marked as out for delivery and then delivered. Some parcels pass through more than one transfer point, so you may see similar lines repeat.

What you can do

  • Wait and keep checking the tracking history for the next scan.
  • Make sure the delivery address and phone number on your order are correct, so the driver can reach you.
  • If there is no new update for longer than usual, contact GFS Xpress with your tracking number.
  • If they cannot help, contact the seller with your order details and tracking number.
