Out for delivery

What this status means

"Out for delivery" means GOFO Express has loaded your parcel onto a delivery vehicle and the driver is on the way to your address. The parcel has left the local facility and is on its final trip. It is no longer moving between hubs.

Is my package delayed?

No. This message by itself is normal and is one of the last steps before delivery. A parcel can stay in this status until the end of the driver's route, so seeing it late in the day or in the evening does not mean something has gone wrong. If it still shows this status the next day, that is longer than usual and worth checking.

What happens next

The next update is normally the delivery confirmation. For GOFO this usually says where the parcel was left, such as at the door or in the yard, and includes the courier's support contact details. This is the next message in every case we have seen.

What you can do

• Wait and keep checking the tracking history. Make sure someone can collect the parcel or that a safe drop-off spot is available.
• If it is marked delivered but you cannot find it, look around the door, porch, yard, and with neighbours or building staff.
• If it is still not delivered or found, contact GOFO using the details in the delivery message. Have your tracking number ready.
• If that does not help, contact the seller with your order details.
