Мою посылку отправили назад из Германии 16 января по причине неправильной фамилии.В Израиле она зарегестрирована 27 февраля. До сих пор я не могу ее забрать,так как она неизвестно где. Я позвонила на тел.171-служба хранения посылок ,рассказала все,нашелся понимающий работник,он написал жалобу в отдел жалоб с требованием разыскать мою посылку. Сказали,что в течение 5 рабочих дней .меня известят,где посылка. Мой тел. 0546351944 Бат-ям.

I believe I received the package quickly enough for the given time frame. I had to wait for it a little over a month. I got my parcel without any damage.
