Israel Post is checking your parcel as part of import control. The Hebrew message says the item is in the customs and authorities inspection process. The parcel has arrived in Israel and is at a sorting centre, where it is screened by customs and other authorities before it can continue. It is a routine step for parcels from abroad.
This message by itself is normal. It usually appears right after the parcel is received at a sorting centre. Most often the next update shows the parcel leaving the Modi'in sorting centre on its way to its destination. Sometimes the parcel waits for a customs officer to examine it, which can take longer than the previous steps. That is not necessarily a problem.
