16 дней от экспорта до импорта из Японии - перебор! В итоге импортнулась в Пулково, 31 декабря прошла таможню, дальше самолетом до Екатеринбурга, но тут лежала 3 дня до доставки. Впрочем, ложных статусов "Неудачная попытка вручения" не проставляли, спасибо.

The package was received within a week of delivery from Japan. :) The package was in good condition and it arrives faster than expected

This is the second time I'm using Japan post because I needed to. Both the experiences have been horrible and not once have the package been delivered. My money has been wasted, not only of the post but the things inside the courier. Try to avoid it if you're in India.
