На Алиэкспресс в личном кабинете самостоятельно проставился статус “Получено”, в то время, как я не получила извещения ни по почте, ни по телефону, что посылка прибыла и ее надо забрать. В почтовом ящике также было пусто. Причем за день до этого (19.05)проверяла статус доставки: последняя дата была 5.05, прибыла в страну. А уже 20.05 появился статус, “Доставлено 12.05”. Кому доставлено, выяснить не удалось

This is package # 3 that says it was delivered and it has NOT BEEN DELIVERED . I want to know where the items I paid for are being delivered and why they are not being delivered to my address . And I can't get any information on what courier service is being used . Where are my packages?

This is package # 5 that was NOT DELIVERED TO ME. So who do I talk to about the theft of my packages and who is going to reimburse me the money that items I paid for that someone from the courier service stole?
