This is the last-mile stage of a JCEX shipment. The parcel has reached the destination city and has been handed to the local courier who will deliver it to your address. The courier has taken it in and is arranging a delivery time, so the parcel is no longer in long-distance transit.
No. This message by itself is normal and is a good sign, since it comes right before delivery. It most often follows the step where the parcel arrives in the destination city and is passed on for local distribution. Only if the status stays the same for longer than the previous steps took is it worth looking into.
In most cases the next update is a delivery confirmation. Together, the two "Delivered" variants account for about 86% of cases. In about one in seven cases, the next update is "Parcel currently being delivered", meaning the courier is out with the parcel and the delivery has not yet been confirmed.
