JASPOST has handed your parcel to a local delivery company in the destination country. The message is bilingual: the Chinese part says the parcel was passed to a local carrier, and the English part says it was received by that company. Import customs clearance has already been completed, so the parcel is now in the final delivery network.
No. This message by itself is normal. It is a routine handover that follows customs clearance. It is not an exception and does not point to a problem.
The next scan is nearly always an acceptance scan at a mail centre, worded "OUTWARD MAIL CENTRE AUTOMATION ACCEPTANCE". This means the local carrier has taken the parcel into its sorting system. From there it is sorted and sent toward your area for delivery. The wording of later scans depends on the local carrier, and updates may look different from earlier ones.
