LTIAN EXP has collected your parcel from the airline that flew it in. "Recovery from Airline" is a clumsy translation of "picked up from the carrier". The parcel is now on the ground at the destination, at an airport freight station, and is waiting for customs processing. The status is filed under "Arrived at customs".
No. This message by itself is normal and is a routine step for imported parcels. It is not an exception or a problem notice. A delay would only be indicated if the parcel stays at this step for longer than the previous steps took.
Most often, in about two thirds of cases, the next update says the parcel has been released by customs. In about a quarter of cases a freight station pick-up notice appears instead. Less often you will see a note that customs clearance is in process, or that the parcel has been presented to Canada Border for customs review. After release, the parcel moves on to local delivery.
