What this status means
The message "Pošiljka vraćena sa carinskog pregleda" means "The item has been returned from customs inspection". Your parcel was presented to customs at Montenegro Post's import point, and the customs check is now finished. The parcel is back in the postal system, in the hands of the post office rather than customs. This is a normal step for imported parcels, and the status counts as customs clearance complete.

By itself, this message is normal and not an exception. It usually follows the step where the parcel was submitted for inspection, and it is a sign that the parcel has moved forward. A delay is only likely if the next update takes longer than usual to appear.
What happens next
Most often, in about four cases out of five, the next update is "Pošiljka otpremljena" (the item has been dispatched) as the parcel leaves for onward transport. Sometimes it is packed into a sack first. Less often, it goes back to customs for another check, or a delivery attempt is recorded.
