Londonban június 3-án adtak fel részemre csomagot. A csomag azóta sem érkezett meg, vele kapcsolatban semmiféle értesítést nem kaptam. Folyamatosan nyomon követem a weboldalt, június 15 óta nincs változás. A csomag e szerint Franciaországban megállt. Mi a teendő ilyenkor? A package was sent to me on June 3 in London. The package has not arrived since, I have not received any notification about it. I am constantly monitoring the website, there has been no change since June 15th. The package was said to have stopped in France. What to do then?
