Посылка доставлена в сохранности за 30 дней. Была небольшая задержка на таможне в Италии: получатель должен был предоставить документы. После этого посылка была очень быстро доставлена адресату. Благодаря приложению я могла отслеживать весь путь посылки. Спасибо почте России и почте Италии за бережное отношение к посылке

...Yesterday package had been delivered to a different address. I presented an official complain to Poste Italiane. Today I received the package.
