По Италии посылка прошла молниеносно, в России была задержка на 2 дня от ориентировочного срока доставки, что немного испортило впечатление, но в целом, качеством услуг я остался довольным. При получении посылки от курьера проблем не возникло Отправитель жаловался, что долго не мог начать оформление посылки в отделении Poste Italiane

...Yesterday package had been delivered to a different address. I presented an official complain to Poste Italiane. Today I received the package.
