SkyNet has marked your parcel as in transit and noted that the delivery address is in a remote location. This usually means the address lies outside the courier's regular delivery zones, such as a rural, island or hard-to-reach area. The parcel is still moving through SkyNet's network and has not been lost or held back.
This message by itself is normal, not an exception. Remote addresses often need extra handling or a handover to a local partner, so this part of the journey can take longer than the previous steps. It is not a sign of a problem on its own, and it does not mean the delivery has failed.
The parcel continues towards the delivery area and is usually passed to a local delivery agent. After that you would normally see an out-for-delivery update, followed by delivery. If the courier cannot reach the address, you may instead see a note about a delivery attempt or a request for address details.
