Ural Express has moved your parcel out of a warehouse and it is now travelling by road inside the country of dispatch. It is between two handling points, most likely on its way to an airport or border warehouse, where it will be prepared for export. It has not left the country yet.
No, this message by itself is normal. It is a routine step early in the journey, and it usually follows the parcel leaving a warehouse. It only becomes a concern if the status stays the same for much longer than the previous steps took.
Most often, in about four out of five cases, the next update is that the parcel has completed export customs clearance. Less often you will see an arrival at another warehouse, an airport warehouse or a border warehouse, or another departure scan. Occasionally the same message appears again while the parcel moves on to the next stop.
