I ordered a small plastic part from a model airplane kit manufacturer (Phoenix models) in Vietnam to be sent to Australia. The order was sent from the manufacturer, picked up by Vietnam Post and dispatched out of the country in a couple of day. The part I ordered was cheap (USD $7), the postage outrageously expensive (USD $23). I have been waiting now over 78 days. Vietnam Post don't have a clue where it is. No follow up from them to me or the manufacturer despite numerous requests for information. Pathetic service and worse customer care. If you are told you have to use Vietnam Post DON'T......you would have a better off investing your money at the casino or down the local pub. You will get a much better return on you money.
