What this status means
Wanb Express has delivered your parcel to a pickup point, and it is now waiting there for you to collect it. The parcel has left the courier's transport network and is held on the shelf or behind the counter of the pickup location. It is not on a vehicle any more.
Is my package delayed?
No. This message by itself is normal and means the journey is nearly finished. Nothing has gone wrong. The only thing still outstanding is collection, so the parcel can become a problem only if it stays uncollected for too long.
What happens next
Next, you collect the parcel and the tracking history should show it as delivered or picked up. If nobody collects it before the pickup point's holding period ends, the parcel is usually sent back toward the sender, and the tracking history should show a return or exception message.
What you can do
- Collect the parcel soon and check the pickup point's opening hours first.
- Bring photo ID and your tracking number, plus any pickup code or order confirmation you received.
- If you cannot find the pickup point or the staff cannot locate the parcel, contact Wanb Express with your tracking number.
- If you do not know which pickup point was chosen or did not expect this delivery method, ask the seller.
