FXYL

Departed from origin port

FXYL tracking parcel

What this status means

FXYL has recorded that your parcel left the port in the country where it was sent from. It has been handed over to the airline and is now travelling on the international leg of its journey. The parcel is no longer in the sender's country and is on its way to the destination country.

Is my package delayed?

No. This message by itself is normal and is a regular step in an international shipment. It does not point to a problem. The international leg can take longer than the earlier steps, and the tracking history may not change for a while. That alone does not mean something has gone wrong.

What happens next

  • The next update is almost always "Arrived at destination port", which means the parcel has reached the destination country.
  • After that, it normally goes through import and customs handling before moving on to local delivery.

What you can do

  • Wait and keep checking the tracking history. Quiet periods during the flight are normal.
  • Be ready for possible customs duties or taxes once the parcel reaches the destination country.
  • If the status stays the same for much longer than usual, contact the seller first, then FXYL.
  • Have your tracking number and order details ready when you do.
