Parcel currently being delivered

What this status means

FXYL has loaded your parcel onto a delivery vehicle and the courier is now on the way to your address. This is the last stage of the journey. The parcel has left the local depot and is with the person who will hand it over. It follows the earlier message saying the courier had received the parcel and would set a delivery time.

Is my package delayed?

No. This message is normal and a good sign. On its own it does not point to a problem. The parcel is out for delivery and has not been held up.

What happens next

The next update is almost always "Delivered", which means the courier has handed over the parcel or left it at the agreed place. If the delivery cannot be completed, the status will change to a different message instead.

What you can do

• Be at the delivery address, or make sure someone can accept the parcel, and keep your phone nearby in case the courier calls.
• Check that the address on your order is correct and that the door number or bell name is clear.
• Keep checking the tracking history for the "Delivered" update.
• If the parcel is marked delivered but you do not have it, look around the building and ask neighbours first. Then contact FXYL, or the seller, with your tracking number and order details.
