Shipment inbound in sorting center

FXYL tracking parcel

What this status means

FXYL has registered your parcel as arriving at one of its sorting centers. It is in the middle of its journey, not yet at the final delivery stage. Sorting centers are large facilities where parcels are unloaded, scanned and sorted by destination before being sent on.

Is my package delayed?

No. This message by itself is normal and is a routine step in transit. It does not point to a problem. It only becomes worth a closer look if the parcel stays at this step for longer than the previous steps took, with no new scan.

What happens next

The next scan is almost always "Departed from sorting center". That means the parcel has been sorted and loaded onto its next transport, either to another facility or toward your local delivery depot.

What you can do

  • Wait and check the tracking history again later. Updates appear when the parcel is scanned, so there can be quiet periods.
  • If there is no new scan for longer than usual, contact FXYL and ask them to trace the parcel.
  • If you ordered from a shop or marketplace, you can also ask the seller to open an inquiry.
  • Have your tracking number, the order details and your delivery address ready when you get in touch.
