I never received this package and I have gotten no refund as both the courier and the company that it was shipped from has left my messages unanswered. Extremely disrespectful and disappointed. And also the tracking was stopped without notice.

I received a worn and dusty compromised package , that arrived later than expected time...without the engagement ring . I only got the red box that was supposed to have held the engagement ring , sloppily placed on a torn piece of old bubble wrap along with a crumpled gift back that was supposed to have come with my gift. I am very disappointed in Neatherlands Postal. And tracking was disabled the moment it had arrived at NL Post
