Australia Post Global

Parcel Received at Destination Hub

Australia Post Global tracking parcel

What this status means

Australia Post Global has received your parcel at a hub in the destination country. In nearly every case the parcel has just cleared customs, so it has now finished the international leg and is physically inside a sorting hub in the country where it will be delivered. It has not yet been handed to the local delivery carrier.

Is my package delayed?

No. This message is a normal step and not an exception. A delay is only likely if the next update takes longer than the previous steps did, and this message alone does not suggest that.

What happens next

Most often, in about nine cases out of ten, the next update is "Parcel processing at final carrier Hub". That means the parcel has moved to the local carrier that will deliver it. After that, expect the usual out-for-delivery and delivered updates from that carrier. Occasionally an earlier customs message is shown again.

What you can do

  • Wait and keep checking the tracking history. No action is needed at this stage.
  • Check that the delivery address on your order is correct and that someone can receive the parcel.
  • If the status stays the same for longer than the previous steps took, contact Australia Post Global or the seller.
  • Have your tracking number and order details ready when you do.
