"Code 4: Detained for OGA" is an Aramex customs message. OGA stands for "Other Government Agency", meaning a government body besides the main customs authority. It may need to approve certain goods, such as food, medicines, electronics or restricted items. Your parcel is being held at the destination country, in Aramex's customs handling, until that check is done.
This message is an exception, not a routine step. It does not mean the parcel is lost or rejected, but it does mean delivery is paused. The wait may be longer than the previous steps. It usually leads back to customs inspection updates.
The next updates are usually about customs. In about half of cases you will see "Customs declaration has been issued for inspection", and in the other half "The shipment is currently going through customs inspection". If the agency clears the goods, the parcel goes back into normal delivery or pickup preparation. If it needs more information, Aramex or the authority may ask for documents.
