What this status means

Bulgarian Post has placed your parcel into a mailbag ("Otb" is the label for an outbound bag) and is sending it out of Bulgaria. The parcel is at a Bulgarian postal processing site, being prepared for international transport. It has not been delivered yet, and it is not in your country yet.

Is my package delayed?

No. This message by itself is a normal step for any parcel that leaves Bulgaria. It is not an exception or a sign of a problem. After it, the tracking history may go quiet for a while, because the bag is in transit between countries and is not scanned at every point.

What happens next

The bag travels to the destination country, where the local postal service or customs takes over. The next scans are usually export handling in Bulgaria, then an arrival or import scan abroad. Updates may appear later than you expect, and sometimes several appear at once.
