What this status means
Landmark Global has scanned your parcel at one of its sorting facilities and "grouped" it with other parcels going the same way. This is a consolidation step in the middle of the journey. Your parcel is inside the facility, usually after being processed, and is being prepared to travel onward with a larger batch.
Is my package delayed?
No, this message by itself is normal. It is a routine step and not an exception or a problem report. Only if the parcel stays at this step for longer than the previous steps took is it worth looking into.
What happens next
Most often, in about two thirds of cases, the next update is that the shipment has departed from the depot. Other possible next steps are:
- Arrival at another depot
- An outgoing scan at the facility
- A handover to a partner carrier, which may show its own wording
What you can do
- Wait and keep checking the tracking history. A new scan is the sign that the parcel has moved on.
- If the status does not change for longer than usual, contact the seller first, as they hold the shipping contract with the courier.
- If the seller cannot help, contact Landmark Global. Have your tracking number, order details and delivery address ready.
