What this status means
Landmark Global has placed your parcel together with others on a pallet at one of its crossdock facilities. Crossdock means a sorting point where parcels are regrouped by destination country instead of being stored. The parcel is still in the carrier's network and is being prepared for the next leg of its international journey, usually the border crossing.
Is my package delayed?
No. This message by itself is a normal step, not an exception. It most often follows "Processed" or a scan at the Landmark crossdock, and it is part of routine consolidation for cross-border shipping.
What happens next
- Most often (about half of cases), customs information is transmitted for the parcel.
- In about a third of cases, the parcel is shown as crossing the border and heading to a carrier hub.
- Less often, the next update is "Customs cleared".

- Wait and keep checking the tracking history. Nothing is needed from you at this point.
- If the parcel stays on this message for longer than the previous steps took, contact the seller first, since they booked the shipment with Landmark Global.
- Have your tracking number and order details ready when you write.
