What this status means
Landmark Global has combined your parcel with other parcels heading the same way at a partner facility. Your parcel is in the middle of its journey, at a sorting or consolidation site run with a partner of the courier, not yet at a local delivery depot. Grouping lets many parcels travel together in one load.
Is my package delayed?
No, this message by itself is normal. It is a routine handling step, and the status code shows the parcel has left a waypoint and is moving on. It is not an exception or a sign of a problem. Landmark's tracking can look uneven: the next updates are mixed, and some earlier-looking steps such as "Processed" can appear again. That does not mean the parcel went backwards.
What happens next
The most common next updates are:
- "Processed" (about a quarter of cases)
- "In transit" (nearly one in five)
- "Arrival at delivery facility" (about one in eight)
Eventually the parcel reaches a delivery facility and is handed to a local carrier for the last stretch.
What you can do
- Wait and keep checking the tracking history. Updates can be sparse between stages.
- If the status has not changed for longer than the previous steps took, ask the seller first, since they booked the shipment with the courier.
- If the seller cannot help, contact Landmark Global. Have your tracking number, order details and delivery address ready.
