What this status means
Buffalo tried to deliver the parcel, or to arrange delivery, and could not complete it because the telephone number on the order was wrong. "TEL incorrect" means the number could not be used to reach the recipient. The parcel has been taken back to a Buffalo warehouse, which is where this line usually appears.
Is my package delayed?
