What this status means
Buffalo has loaded your parcel for the final leg. It has left the local delivery depot and is with a courier who is driving a route that includes your address. This is the last stage before the parcel reaches you.
Is my package delayed?
No, this message by itself is normal and is a good sign. It is not an exception. Delivery is not guaranteed on the same day, though. In a small share of cases the next update is a failed delivery, and sometimes the parcel goes back to a depot scan before another attempt.
What happens next
- Most often, in about two thirds of cases, the next update is "Client Received", which means the parcel was handed over.
- About one in ten parcels gets "Delivery failed", for example when nobody could receive it.
- Occasionally the parcel is scanned at a depot again and sent out later.

- Make sure someone can receive the parcel, and check that your address and phone number on the order are correct.
- Keep checking the tracking history for the next update.
- If it shows a failed delivery, or stays unchanged for longer than usual, contact Buffalo with your tracking number.
