Огромное Спасибо,пасылку получили в срок это 13 дней,к упаковке и в целом к работе нет ни каких нариканий ,все супер!!!сын отслеживал посылку с момента отправки ,единственный момент это наверное неизвестность, по маршруту как только отправили из Чехии и она еще не дошла в Казахстан,почему то не было информации.а так вся инфа с возможностью отследить и плюс оповещение об этом поступала на почту. Спасибо!!!Молодцы!!!

Package (cabinet section of a Petrof upright piano) was presumably sent from Czech Republic 48 days ago. It seems to have become lost in Miami, Florida. No indication of where the package is. The US Post Office postmaster in my town has the most advanced tracking capabilities and cannot find where it is. I suspect the piano cabinet section is lost or very slowly progressing on a ship or at a harbor waiting to be unloaded.

I ordered this on Nov 8, 2020 and as of today I still have not received package. Tracking stopped being able to be followed on Dec 8, 2020.
