Было отправлено 2 посылки каждая весом 5кг. Первая часть посылки пришла без проблем, а вот вторая(трек номер: EF226888805ES) уже больше месяца не привета, ни ответа... Статус не меняется, написали притензию в почту Испании, пришёл ответ, что посылка находится на территории России, что они сделали запрос, но ответа ждать 60 дней... Убытки составляют >3000€ что делать??? Подскажите кто сталкивался с подобным?

Package delivered in good condition. Was meant to be signed for but no signature was requessted, no doubt due to Covid-19 situation. The tracking said "lost" but it was delivered on that same day. I presume that because there was no signature the automated system for tracking had been broken and couldn't say "delivered". Good service.

A bit slow to recieve the package, 3 weeks from day of posting to reach Sweden from Spain. All in all package recieved in good condition.

a bit delayed, was supposed to be delivered in 10 days and it spend a whole week in another province, but not that bad being holidays and all
