Два раза общался со службой поддержки - положительное впечатление. Первый раз понял что в ебей указал не тот номер телефона - через сутки КСЭ ответили, что все ок, в базу внесли. Второй уже когда была посылка в Мск, попросил не отправлять на доставку, а забрать самовывозом - тоже без проблем. Склад и самовывоз в одном месте и не далеко от МЦК (нет такого как в иных службах где упрашиваешь/ищешь курьера чтоб он отнес на пункт), очередей нет, быстро и просто. Упаковано было надежно в пупырку, все целое. 21 день считаю неплохо для новогодней посылки.

Please pay attantion at track chain, especially when the package is in destination country. Sender may change local parcel service and, therefore, you may need to contact the new one to change your destination address (to work address, f. e.)
